Never. Zero commission on bookings and zero commission on food and drink orders. You pay the flat monthly subscription and Stripe's standard card processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) — that's it.
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. Your data is always yours and we'll export it for you on request.
Stripe. Payments go directly into your bank account — we never hold or touch your money. You'll need a Stripe account (free to set up).
Yes, almost certainly. We support golf simulators, pickleball, mini golf, darts, Toptracer, and fully custom activity types. If you can define the bay, the duration, and the pricing — the platform can run it. Book a demo and we'll confirm on the spot.
Most venues are live within a week. We handle onboarding ourselves — we'll set up your activity types, menu, floor plan and member tiers in a guided session. You don't need a developer.
Xero and QuickBooks connect directly via API — data transfers automatically. MYOB uses CSV export. All exports are GST-ready.
We include built-in integration with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and Brevo at no extra charge — we pay for the integration. You'll need your own account with those platforms; they handle your email marketing billing directly.
Customers load funds in the app and earn a bonus on top-ups (you set the amount — e.g. pay $100 get $110). Credit applies automatically at checkout for bays, food, events and shop. You can enable family sharing, gifting, and auto top-up. Only the bonus portion expires; the money they paid in never expires. Each wallet feature has its own switch so you control exactly what's on.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and your new feature is live immediately. You're never locked into what you started with.
Network events are leagues and tournaments that players from any venue on The Booking App can enter — not just your own members. Players compete at their own venue and post scores to a shared leaderboard. You can host your own network events, invite other venues, or challenge another venue head-to-head. Available on Premium.
Smart upsells are in-app banners that appear at the right moment to nudge guests toward something valuable — "Become a member and save", a wallet top-up offer with bonus credit, or a league registration during a quiet week. You control which banners are active, when they show, and who sees them. Available on Pro and Premium.
Head office gives multi-venue owners a single login to switch between venues instantly, see side-by-side performance (revenue, bookings, utilisation, no-shows), push setup from one venue to others, manage group billing on one invoice, and grant staff access to multiple sites. Each venue keeps its own pricing, staff, and members — head office is a unified view and control layer, not a merge. Available on Premium.
